Jess is a Marine Geoscientist with 6 years’ experience in Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas across the USA and Europe. She has a BSc in Geology and an MSc in Engineering Geology, completing her thesis at ETH Zurich.
A proven team leader proficient in coaching and people management, Jess has held senior roles guiding offshore geophysical teams through critical phases of on-board data processing, quality assurance checks, and preliminary interpretation and reporting for a range of survey projects including UXO surveys, rig site surveys, cable routes and boulder detection.
Onshore Jess has been involved in project management, geophysical data interpretation and the undertaking of geological and geotechnical desktop studies in support of offshore renewable projects.
In her spare time, Jess enjoys getting lost in a book or in the exploration of a new and beautiful place.

- Quality control, interpretation and integration of side scan, high and ultra-high resolution seismic, sub-bottom profiler, MBES, gradiometer and shallow geotechnical datasets.
- Utilising 2d / 3d UHR seismic for geohazard interpretation.
- Leading offshore geophysical teams on cable route, wind farm, UXO, decommissioning and rig site surveys.
- Shore-based survey management, cable burial risk assessment, desktop studies and ground modelling.
